Nordic Study Sites

The aim of the network is to learn from each other and share knowledge as well as strengthen the Nordic countries position in attractiveness to place clinical trials. The first step was a workshop at NRI-Conference 2013, where various sites presented themselves, and had some discussions. Mia Englund (Unit Manager at Karolinska Trial Alliance and member of NRI Programme Committee) has initiated it. Mika Scheinin (Professor of Pharmacology and Chair of the Department of Pharmacology, Drug Development and Therapeutics at the University of Turku, and also NRI Programme Committee member) has been also engaged in initiating the network.

The network is based on cooperation of institutions from Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Finland. Please see information about each of them by clicking on respective country names in the column on the left menu.
