Nordic Study Sites
The aim of this network is to act as an open forum for dialogue for study sites in clinical research in the Nordic region. The purpose is to increase and improve benchmarking, sharing of experience and knowledge, collaboration and harmonization between the Nordic countries, as well as strengthening the Nordic countries position in attractiveness to place clinical trials.
The network was initiated in 2013 at the NRI-conference and has since then organized workshops annually in connection to the conference.
The network consists of a board with one participant from each Nordic country. The board meets once or twice a year to discuss common areas of relevance and to plan and organize the workshops.
The annual workshops are open for all to attend with focus to bring up areas of relevance for study sites working with clinical research in order to learn from each other and share knowledge. Speakers are also invited to talk about current topics within the field. Input about themes and subjects to discuss at the meetings/workshops is always welcome.
The network is based on cooperation of institutions from Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Finland. Please see information about each in the column on the left menu.
